2. אפשרות א — ניתוק מתוך COBWEB
הגדרות ← אינטגרציות ← Facebook / WhatsApp ← "Disconnect". הפעולה מוחקת מיד את האסימונים השמורים.
3. אפשרות ב — הסרת האפליקציה מ-Facebook
Facebook ← Settings & privacy ← Settings ← Business integrations (או Apps and websites) ← COBWEB CRM ← Remove.
4. אפשרות ג — בקשה בדוא״ל
שולחים אל eitan@cobwebcrm.com עם הנושא "Data Deletion Request". יש לכלול את שם העסק או דוא״ל החשבון, ואת עמוד ה-Facebook או מספר ה-WhatsApp. נאשר קבלה ונשלים את המחיקה בתוך 30 יום, ואז נשלח אישור.
5. מה נמחק
אסימונים, מזהים שמקורם ב-Meta, ומידע שקשור למבקש. רשומות לידים ולקוחות שהעסק עצמו מנהל ב-CRM שייכות לעסק. העסק יכול למחוק אותן ב-CRM או לבקש מחיקת חשבון מלאה.
6. שמירה
מידע יישמר רק כאשר הדין מחייב זאת, למשל חשבוניות, ואז יימחק.
1. What data we receive from Meta
- Facebook user ID and name
- The list of Pages the user chose to connect
- Page access tokens, stored encrypted
- Lead Ads form submissions for connected Pages
- WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, message templates, and message data for connected WhatsApp accounts
2. Option A — Disconnect inside COBWEB
Settings → Integrations → Facebook / WhatsApp → "Disconnect". This deletes the stored tokens immediately.
3. Option B — Remove the app from Facebook
Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → COBWEB CRM → Remove.
4. Option C — Email request
Email eitan@cobwebcrm.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the business name or account email, and the Facebook Page or WhatsApp number. We confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, then send confirmation.
5. What is deleted
Tokens, Meta-sourced identifiers, and data related to the requester. Lead and customer records that the business itself manages in its CRM belong to that business. The business can delete them in the CRM or request full account deletion.
6. Retention
Data may be kept only where the law requires it, for example invoices, and is then deleted.
